Rubber screen mesh

The rubber screen is made of  native rubber ， fabric can be canvas, nylon, steel plate, steel wire, etc. as the skeleton. Its molded products have the characteristics of wear resistance, low noise, high impact resistance and so on. The wear resistance is no less than that of polyurethane materials. Especially when the particle size of the screened material is extremely large (above 50mm), and the distance between the discharge opening and the screen surface is large, its advantages are more obvious. And its elasticity is higher than polyurethane MDI, so the operating surface noise is relatively low, thereby reducing the fatigue strength of workers, improving the working environment, and improving work efficiency
